Yes, during your initial inquiry, we will discuss the tasks you require support with and will then arrange for an Interview with your prospective virtual assistant. If you are not happy with the person you initially interview, we can then introduce you to further prospective virtual assistants for interview.

No mobile phones or writing material are allowed on the operations floor and there is 24/7 manned security with IP cameras. We thoroughly vet all our virtual assistants.
Yes, this is standard procedure and is incorporated in our Client Terms of Business for your peace of mind.
You can hire 2 VA’s in the 80 hour and 160 hour plans. You can form a team and delegate diverse tasks accordingly. The 40 hour plan can be altered as per management’s discretion siting operational constraints.
Once you complete the sign up process, you will receive confirmation of your account set up via email with all relevant details on the same day. Your Virtual assistant shall be allocated (if not selected during initial discussions or via a prior interview) the next working day. You can use a dedicated telephone number, chat on Skype, and send emails to communicate with your virtual assistant.
Yes, you can upgrade the plan at any time by just paying the difference. No extra charges are applicable.
All plans are valid for 30 days.
On the 80 and 160 hour Plans, it is possible to roll over any unused hours for a maximum further period of 2 weeks if requested.

If you are not comfortable or your virtual assistant is not performing as per your expectations, either contact your account manager or email us at and we shall get back to you in 1 business day with a view to replacing your Virtual assistant immediately.
